In this unique reverse mentoring experience, senior leaders learn from junior team members, creating a dynamic space for exchanging knowledge, perspectives, and skills. It’s a shared learning journey where everyone grows.

What is expected:

  • Mentors and mentees are expected to meet up once a month for an hour for six months, this can be in person or online.
  • Up to 6 hours of Reverse Mentoring over the 6 months.
  • Mentors and mentees agree on an actionable outcome of the process
  • Mentors will be matched with mentees interested in the same areas.
  • Meetings can we held virtually if location doesn’t allow in person.
  • You can choose from 18 topics from areas including social media, technology, speaking up and mental health and a huge range more.

Senior leaders or ‘Mentees’

Learn from different viewpoints and experiences to broaden your perspectives and understanding of issues affecting others in the industry, to improve inclusion.

Junior members or ‘Mentors’

It’s a great opportunity to share your experiences and perspectives with senior team members, gaining the opportunity to coach (or even challenge) them on issues related to inclusion, and network.
