In this unique reverse mentoring experience, senior leaders learn from junior team members, creating a dynamic space for exchanging knowledge, perspectives, and skills. It’s a shared learning journey where everyone grows.
What is expected:
- Mentors and mentees are expected to meet up once a month for an hour for six months, this can be in person or online.
- Up to 6 hours of Reverse Mentoring over the 6 months.
- Mentors and mentees agree on an actionable outcome of the process
- Mentors will be matched with mentees interested in the same areas.
- Meetings can we held virtually if location doesn’t allow in person.
- You can choose from 18 topics from areas including social media, technology, speaking up and mental health and a huge range more.
